Windows 10 uses the photo from your Microsoft (Outlook or Hotmail) account on your login screen at startup, but there’s an easy way to change this. Click the Start button, right-click your user account name at the top left of the Start menu, then click ‘Change account settings’.
Click the Browse button below your current photo, navigate to the one you want, then click ‘Choose picture’ at the bottom right.
