 is a new tool that works in a very similar way by letting you set 
encrypted emails to self-destruct an hour, day or week after they're

Despite still being in beta. DMail integrates neatly with Gmail: you 
activate it via an On/Off switch. use the drop-down Destroy menu in the 
New Message window and press a button on the homepage that lets you 
review your messages and revoke access. Recipients can read DMail 
messages by simply opening a link in the email they receive - they don't
 have to install the extension. Despite this. DMall does not yet have 
the functionality to let you see when your messages have been read.</div>

Bypass Gmail 25MB attachment limit

Want to send a large file to someone (or just yourself) by attaching it 
to a Gmail message? If it’s over 25MB in size you’re out of luck because
 that's the maximum Google will allow. However, you can easily get 
around this by using Google Drive as an intermediate step - upload the 
file to Google Drive, compose your email in Gmail then click the ‘Insert
 files using Drive’ button next to the attachments icon.

Activate Gmail's new ‘Undo Send’ option

There have been so many times when I’ve sent an email only to realise 
immediately that I’ve forgotten to include something important or sent 
it to the wrong person. I recently read that Gmail has introduced a new 
feature called ‘Undo Send’, which lets you retrieve an email a few

My friend told me this feature has been part of Gmaﬂ for years. 
Previously, it had been an element in Google Labs. The Gmail section of 
Google Labs lets users test prototype email features and provide 
feedback. The new ‘Undo Send’ feature is now out of this experimental 
phase. But it’s not enabled by default and has to be activated within 
Gmal’s settings.</div>

To do that, click the gear (cog) icon at the top right, then Settings. 
Now scroll down to see the new Undo Send option. Tick Enable Undo Send 
(see screenshot above). You now need to set ‘a cancellation period’ (the
 time you have to retrieve your email after it’s sent). The options are 
5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds. Select what you want, scroll to the bottom, 
then click Save Changes.</div>

Now try sending an email. Whereas previously, you only saw a ‘View 
message’s link, you’ll now also see an Undo link, which will remain on 
your screen for the ‘cancellation period’. Clicking the link will 
retrieve your email. You can then make the necessary changes and re-send
