The difference between gray and blue hashtags in Google Plus

Two types of hashtags can be differentiated on Google Plus. Blue ones 
come from Google and are generated for content and the grey ones come 
from you. If you do not create hashtags yourself, then Google will still
 add relevant tags. They are displayed with the blue flag on the right, 
next to your post. </div>
