Windows Phones have four square notification tiles in the notification panel. By default, these are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Flight Mode and Camera. However, if you don’t use any one of these regularly, then it’s easy to replace it with something more useful (such as ‘battery saver’ or ‘brightness’) .
Choose which tiles appear in your notification panel
To do this, swipe down from the top of your screen to access your notification panel, then tap All Settings at the top right. Scroll down to the ‘personalisation’ section and tap ‘notifications+ actions’ . At the top, you’ll see your four default notification tiles. Tap the one you want to replace. You'll now see a list of functions (see screenshot above) to replace that tile with - tap the one you want.
