If you cannot transfer any data on to your Micro SD memory card, then most probably the problem lies with the activated write protection. You can disable the same through hardware or software. If the card cannot be written with data, then the cause may be an accidentally engaged Lock switch. It is usually located at the top left. Move it to the Unlock setting. Insert the SD card again into the reader and now check whether it is working or not.

If Windows has provided the card with a write-protection then start
Windows Explorer and right-click on the SD card. In the tab “Security”,
check whether you have “Full Access” as the authorization. If not then
click on the button “Advanced”. In the next window, go to the tab
“Authorisations” and click on “Change Authorisations”. Another window
will open. Click on “Edit” in this window. Set a check mark for “Full
Access” and confirm all open dialogues with “OK”
