Convert links into text with Link Stun (Firefox)

Another simple tool that’s highly effective is linkification (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/linkification/?src=search), which lets you temporarily disable links on web pages with a quick right-click. This stops you accidentally activating a link or copying a whole URL when you’re selecting a section of text on a web page. 

linkification converts links to plain text, letting you highlight and copy, drag and drop, or translate the words you need without getting caught up in a tangle of hypertext.
