If the message "The process com.android. phone was stopped” appears on
your smartphone, then the currently opened app can no longer be used. In
such a case, first open the "Settings” on your smartphone. Look for the
category "Apps” or the "Application Manager”. Select the "LogsProvider”
and tap on the button "Force Stop” above. Also tap on the button
"Delete Data” so that the error no longer appears.

If the problem still persists, you have to find the cause for the
application concerned. As shown above, for example, search for the Phone
app and also select "Force Stop”, "Delete Cache” and "Delete Data”

solution. However, ensure that you back up your data before doing so.
