If the message "No Media" is displayed for the USB stick then there may be various causes responsible for the same. The USB port used may be defective. To check this, insert the stick in another port. The other alternative is to test the USB stick on another PC.
If these attempts do not yield results then it is possible that the USB
stick is defective. You can also repair it with the hard disk check in
Windows. For this, the operating system has to successfully identify the
stick.
Some USB sticks have a write-protection switch. Ensure that the
write-protection is disabled. Also check whether the required USB
drivers are updated. If not, then you should update them. If the problem
is not resolved even after the update then the last option is to format
the USB stick. In this case, all your data will be lost but at least
you will be able to use the stick again in future.
